Spicy Tomato Chutney

The spicy tomato chutney is a rich, tangy blend with a mild kick of chilli and garlic, creating the perfect balance of heat and acidity. Its deep, well-rounded flavour pairs beautifully with a variety of cheeses, cutting through creaminess while adding a touch of warmth. It also works brilliantly with our grass fed roasted lamb leg, adding a subtle sweetness and spice that complements the savoury richness of the meat.

The key difference between a tomato relish and this chutney lies in the cooking time. Relish is cooked for a shorter period, allowing the tomato pieces to retain more of their texture, while this chutney is simmered longer, breaking down the fruit into a smoother, more spreadable consistency.
