Sardines in Organic Olive Oil & Lemon

These whole, sustainably fished, sardines are carefully prepared and packed in organic extra virgin olive oil with a touch of fresh lemon, simple ingredients that bring out the best in the fish.

Sardines are naturally rich and savoury, and the olive oil helps soften and round out their flavour while keeping them moist and tender. The lemon cuts through the richness with just the right amount of brightness, lifting the whole tin without overpowering it.

Delicious straight from the tin, they’re also great on toast, added into salads, or broken over pasta with a few capers or fresh herbs.
