These gluten free sausages are made with the perfect amount of meat and fat to create a sensational and rich flavoured sausage. These are notably more filling than regular sausages due to the very high meat content
 
Prime cuts are used in our sausages providing some of the best flavour and texture possible. Free from all preservatives with 95% Pork, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Rice Flour.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.

 

The pork is hung for 9-10 days to develop flavour, it is then butchered, packed and frozen,  perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via DHL Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Tuesdays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
