Our pasture-raised pork mince is produced from pigs that roam freely, foraging on a wide variety of natural vegetation rather than relying on intensive feeds. This naturally active lifestyle results in better-quality meat with higher levels of vitamins A, B, and D, plus a rich, full-bodied flavour thanks to its higher fat content compared to beef mince.
The extra fat in pork mince keeps dishes moist and flavourful, making it an excellent alternative to leaner beef mince. It also provides a softer, slightly sweeter taste, perfect for lightly spiced dishes or fruity accompaniments. Nutritionally, pasture-raised pork tends to have more beneficial fats and a broader range of micronutrients, offering a unique balance you won’t find in standard beef mince.
Whether you’re creating a creamy bolognese, experimenting with Chinese-style spiced pork mince recipes, or adding fresh Bramley apples for homemade sausages or meatballs, this mince adapts to a wide variety of cooking styles. It’s also ideal for burgers, lending a juicy texture that pairs perfectly with herbs, aromatics, and simple seasoning.
For those who enjoy home-cooked meals and new culinary twists, pasture-raised pork mince provides a deep, savoury flavour that can rival beef—all while adding extra succulence and nutritional benefits.

The pork is hung for 9-10 days to develop flavour, it is then butchered, vacuum packed and frozen, perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
