Our pasture-raised pork chops stand apart from anything you’ll find in a supermarket. Raised in open fields and woodlands, our pigs enjoy a natural diet that fosters deeper flavour, darker colour, and a healthy layer of fat. Unlike intensively farmed pigs—often confined and fed cereals to speed up growth—these animals live a longer, natural life outdoors with far less stress, creating tastier, more succulent pork chops that truly showcase the benefits of pastured pork.
For pan fried pork chops, simply season with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs, then sear them on both sides in a hot pan with a little oil. Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices and ensure maximum tenderness. If you prefer a longer, hands-off approach, crock pot pork chops are a great option—add onions, garlic, and a flavourful stock, then cook on low for 6–8 hours until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender.
These bone-in chops benefit from natural grazing, resulting in higher-quality fat that renders down during cooking to infuse the meat with rich, satisfying flavour. The slower growth and varied diet also contribute to a more nutrient-dense and juicier end product.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.
The pork is hung for 9-10 days to develop flavour, it is then butchered, vacuum packed and frozen, perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
