Chicken Legs | Pasture Raised

Two pasture raised, slow grown chicken legs.

The meat from the legs is often quite dark and full of flavour, exactly how chicken used to taste.

The skin is left on these legs and makes for a crispy and tasty finish which also aids the cooking process. Their diet of fresh, rich vegetation and locally grown grains (a soya free feed) creates a truly stunning meat.
