Organic White Penne Biona

A kitchen staple that’s as versatile as it is convenient, penne is the perfect go to for quick, filling meals. Its ridged surface and tube shape are ideal for clinging to sauces, our favourite is combining it with Mr Organics pesto, making every bite full of flavour. Whether tossed in a simple tomato sauce, baked into a pasta dish, or served cold in a salad with wet mozzarella cheese, penne is always a reliable choice.

White pasta, made from refined durum wheat, has a smooth texture and mild flavour, perfect for creamy sauces and classic Italian dishes. Wholegrain pasta, on the other hand, retains more of the wheat’s natural fibre and has a slightly nuttier taste, making it a great option if you’re looking for something with more bite.
