A fragrant and fiery staple of Thai cooking, this organic Thai Green Curry Paste is made with a vibrant blend of green chillies, lemongrass, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime, and coriander, capturing the bold, fresh flavours that make Thai cuisine so distinctive.
 
Traditionally used as the base for Thai green curry, it well with our pasture raised chicken, or if you are not a fan of chicken then white fish will also work amazingly well. For a plant-based option, try it with mixed vegetables and a splash of coconut milk for a creamy, warming dish that’s full of depth.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
