Andreas is a baker by trade and is a qualified nutritionist, he also built up huge experience before his Vivani days working in the organic food sector. The call to set something up himself was too strong, and he found a family run chocolate factory in Herford, Germany who shared his belief in creating an organic chocolate bar. Vivani is a chocolate bar with an artistic flair, Andreas believes that art speaks many languages, and chocolate is the same.
