Hembridge Organics' Organic Plum Jam captures the deep, naturally sweet-tart flavour of ripe plums, cooked gently to preserve their rich, fruity character. Made with just organic plums and organic sugar, this jam has a smooth yet slightly textured consistency, offering a balance between sweetness and the subtle tang of plums. The absence of artificial additives ensures that the full-bodied, orchard-fresh taste shines through, making it a vibrant and versatile spread.
 
This organic plum jam is perfect for both sweet and savoury pairings. It adds a burst of flavour to toast, scones, and pastries, while also working beautifully as a glaze for roasted meats like chicken or game, where its natural acidity enhances the savoury richness. It is particularly enjoyed with with our venison haunch joint.

Hembridge Organics are a Somerset based company who make Organic Preserves. Set up by Kerry she initially ran an organic vegetable box scheme but using the wonky fruit and veg she made preserves out of them, this then overtook the veg box scheme and she now fully focusses on the organic preserves.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via DHL Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Tuesdays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
