Organic Pitted Dates

Pitted dates are dates that have had their central stone (pit) removed, making them easier to eat and use in cooking. They are pitted to make them more convenient to eat, as dates have a naturally sticky, soft texture, which can make manually removing the pit a bit of a chore. By taking out the pit in advance, pitted dates become more versatile for snacking, baking, and blending into recipes without any extra preparation.

These organic pitted dates natural sweetness and caramel-like flavour make them perfect for both sweet and savoury dishes. They can be blended into smoothies, chopped into muesli, or used as a natural sweetener in energy bars and cakes. In savoury cooking, they pair well with cheese, nuts, and cured meats, making them a great addition to salads or stuffing mixtures.
