Organic Passata
This organic passata from Mr Organic is made from ripe Italian tomatoes, simply sieved and bottled with nothing else added — no salt, no herbs, no sugar.
 
It’s not the same as tomato paste, which is much more concentrated, and it’s different from a ready-made pizza sauce too, which usually comes pre-seasoned. Passata sits in between — it gives you that rich tomato base without overpowering the rest of your ingredients.
 
We have used this exact one on our Ruxstons pizzas, right here in the shop. Just add a little oregano and some spices and away you go. The flavour of the tomatoes really speaks for itself.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
