Organic Mint Dark Chocolate

Chocolate and mint have been a perfect match for centuries, but their story really took off in the 19th century. While early versions existed, it was British confectioners who popularised mint chocolate as we know it today, blending refreshing mint oils with rich cacao to create an after-dinner favourite. The reason it works so well? Mint cuts through the natural bitterness of dark chocolate, bringing out its deeper, roasted notes while adding a cool, lingering finish.

Hu’s Mint Dark Chocolate keeps things simple: smooth 70% cacao with just the right amount of organic peppermint oil. The result is bold yet balanced, no refined sugars, no dairy, no additives, just a clean, crisp contrast that makes every bite feel fresh.
