Organic Lime Juice | Biona

Sharp, fragrant, and full of flavour, this organic lime juice is made from freshly squeezed limes with nothing added – just pure, zesty juice from organically grown limes.

Like lemon juice, lime juice is a good source of vitamin C, which supports your immune system, skin health, and iron absorption. It also contains antioxidants and natural acids that may aid digestion and help your body stay hydrated.

Compared to lemon juice, lime juice has a more intense, slightly bitter edge and a distinct aroma that works particularly well in dressings, marinades, and Southeast Asian, Mexican or Caribbean-style cooking. It’s perfect for adding zing to guacamole, lifting the flavour of grilled veg or tofu, or mixing into sparkling water or cocktails for a refreshing twist.
