Organic Hulled Sesame Seeds

Sesame seeds may be small, but they’re packed with nutrients and have been used in cooking for thousands of years. These organic hulled sesame seeds are a great source of healthy fats, protein, fibre, and essential minerals like calcium, iron, and magnesium.

Hulled sesame seeds have had their outer shell removed, giving them a lighter colour, milder taste, and softer texture, making them easier to digest. Unhulled sesame seeds, on the other hand, still have their shell, which means they contain more fibre, antioxidants, and a higher calcium content.

Both types are full of all sorts of health benefits and can be used in similar ways—sprinkled on dishes, blended into tahini, or added to baked goods. However you use them, sesame seeds are an easy way to add flavour and nutrition to your meals.
