organic dulse seaweed

Organic Dulse has a strong salty fresh flavour, and has been described as tasting like the sea. Dulse is the edible flavour of the coastal aroma. It is hard when dry, so to have it on a salad you can soak it in water briefly to soften it. If you wish to have it dry, then cut it up into smaller chunks which can be used as a healthy alternative to salt

Using ground dulse is a great unique seasoning for our grass-fed rump steak. If you really want to be creative, then try adding dulse to dark chocolate, which produces a wonderfully paired salty chocolate bar.

Dulse is very much a superfood. even if this term makes people think of goji berries Like a lot of seaweed it is a fantastic source of iodine, fibre and potassium, it is also a good way to boost protein intake.
