Vivani Cocoa Powder is made from pure, natural cocoa beans grown in the lush, fertile regions of the Dominican Republic, part of the famed 'cocoa belt' that circles the globe near the equator. This area offers ideal growing conditions, producing cocoa beans prized for their rich flavour, deep colour, and complexity. Vivani carefully selects these beans, ensuring their cocoa powder captures the authentic character and intensity of true premium chocolate.
 
Importantly, Vivani Cocoa Powder is non-alkalized, meaning it hasn't undergone the chemical treatment (known as 'Dutch processing') that some cocoa powders go through. This natural process preserves the cocoa’s original flavour profile, nutrients, and antioxidants, delivering a brighter, more robust chocolate taste. It’s perfect for baking rich brownies, decadent chocolate cakes or somiply making a pure hot chocolate.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via DHL Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Tuesdays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
