Possibly the best of all Buongustaio Piemonte's Tagliatelle for a vegetarian dish, this mushroom pasta is packed with rich, earthy flavour. It pairs beautifully with a nutty sauce and a generous helping of mature cheddar, bringing out its deep, savoury notes.
 
Tagliatelle itself has a long history, originating in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Legend has it that the pasta was inspired by the flowing golden hair of Lucrezia Borgia, created by a chef in her honour. Whether or not that’s true, one thing’s certain—this mushroom-infused version is a delicious twist on a timeless classic.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Mondays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.
