Honeycomb Chilli Chocolate

South Devon Chilli Farm's Honeycomb Chilli Chocolate features crunchy cinder toffee—often known as honeycomb in the UK, though it doesn't actually contain honey. Instead, it's a crisp, caramelised sugar confection with a distinctive bubbly texture.

In this bar, sweet cinder toffee contrasts perfectly with the subtle heat of dark chocolate liberally sprinkled with chilli flakes. Each bite combines crunchy sweetness, sharp dark chocolate, and a gentle warmth from the chilli, creating a satisfying treat or something that is the perfect gift.
