Grass fed minute steaks, or frying steaks, are a very thin steak cut from our beef topside joint. They cook very fast, one minute a side, due to their thin nature.
However they are still bursting with flavour, and great for a faster cooking steak with great value. They do not need to be eaten as a steak, many of our customs cut them into strips and use them in sandwiches, wraps and all sorts of wonderful ways to get in some 100% grass fed beef when you only have a minute to spare. If kept rare, they are often surprisingly tender.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.
This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen, perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
