Marginally firmer and less fatty than our simple diced beef, this 100% grass fed beef shin is great for a slow cooked casserole or stew on a cold winters evening. It contains a fantastic strong flavour, which is slowly released in cooking, giving you a really good example of the difference between commercially farmed beef shin and our beef shin.
At times we have used this slow cooked diced beef shin in pies and pasties that we have made for our shop, and the feedback we have got was excellent, a lot of customers told us how long it had been since they have had such big chunks of beef in a pie.

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to your choice as possible. However please allow a small ±50g tolerance for your selection.
This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen, perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at it's most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
