100% grass fed beef brisket is perfect for slow-cooked beef. Boned and rolled for convenience, the spiral of fat creates an even and tender finish with incredible depth of flavour once roasted for several hours. The brisket comes from the lower chest of the cow, just above the beef belly.
Beef brisket is generally less forgiving to roast than topside or top rump so low and slow is a great way to cook this one, and cooking for up to 8 hours can produce the most incredible pulled beef which can be used in a variety of recipes, with any leftovers ideal for pulled brisket sandwiches.

This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen, perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at its most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.
