Vacuum packed and frozen after hanging for 21 days to ensure the beef is kept at its best quality. Freezing allows us to offer you the best taste as it suspends the degradation of quality and ensures the meat remains safe.

The Beef Meat Box

We will always choose the weight from our stock closest to the box weight as possible. However please allow a small tolerance of ±50g for steaks and burgers, and ±100g for joints.

This beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour, butchered, then vacuum packed and frozen,  perfectly preserving the best taste and quality at its most fresh. Freezing also eliminates any food waste.

Ruxstons Delivery

We offer a frozen product delivery for our grass fed meats and meat boxes, with insulative woolcool and ice packs, our parcels are sent via DHL Next Day courier. The parcels are all tracked so you are able to be present for the delivery, we dispatch from Tuesdays to Thursdays to avoid weekend delays. If any of the meat arrives partially defrosted (but still chilled) it is perfectly safe to refreeze for later consumption without sacrificing quality.

For our ambient pantry products, the delivery and packaging are priced without the cost of woolcool and ice packs. These are posted on a 24Hr service from Monday to Friday.
