Flaked Milk Chocolate Truffles

Light, creamy and indulgent without being over the top in terms of sweetness. These milk chocolate truffles have a whipped mousse centre, delicate and airy, with just the right balance of milk and cocoa. Each one is rolled by artisan chocolatiers in fine chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder while still soft, and then rolled again in chocolate flakes, giving that delicate, melt-in-the-mouth finish.

Chocolate truffles first made their way to the UK in the early 1900s, inspired by the French style. Originally a treat for the upper classes, they soon became a festive favourite, and they’ve stuck around for good reason.
