Filleted Sardines in Organic Sunflower Oil

These tender, sustainable sardine fillets are carefully prepared by hand and packed in high-quality organic sunflower oil. Caught in small boats using low-impact methods off the coast of Brittany, they’re filleted and tinned just hours after landing to lock in freshness and flavour.

Mild, clean-tasting, and completely boneless, they’re an easy go-to for meals or snacks. Enjoy straight from the tin, layered onto some sourdoughbread with a squeeze of lemon, tossed into a warm grain salad, or stirred through pasta with garlic and herbs. They also go well with our pasture raised eggs, greens, or a few capers and chopped tomato for a quick plate of something decent.
