Cold Milled Flaxseed & Goji Berries

This mixture takes the mild, nutty taste of cold milled flaxseed with the naturally tart sweetness of goji berries, creating a healthy but tasty blend. The flaxseed brings subtle creaminess and a gentle texture, while the goji berries add little bursts of fruity sharpness that makes the meal that little less plain.

This combination works especially well in lighter meals like yoghurt bowls, smoothie bowls, or overnight oats with fresh fruit, this is because the goji’s tangy edge lifts the flavours and balances any natural sweetness. It's also amazing sprinkled over pancakes with blueberries, we're not sure about the scientific reason behind this one but try it and you will see what we mean!
