Cajun chicken wraps (with pasture raised chicken)

Cajun "pasture raised chicken" wraps


This recipe creates a spicy flavour filled wrap perfect for making the most of the summer tomato and lettuce. The soya free chicken breast produces the greatest taste for the wrap and is a ideal way to test out cooking with the simple and easy to follow recipe.


Ingredients


500g of Pasture raised chicken breast


Spice Mix


1tsp paprika

1tsp garlic granules

1 tsp onion salt

half tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp oregano

1tsp dried thyme

1tsp freshly ground black pepper


For Mayo


4 Tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 tsp garlic granules

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp tomato ketchup


To serve


4-6 tortilla wraps

1 red pepper sliced

half a lettuce, shredded

4 tomatoes sliced


Method


1) Slice the chicken breast into strips

1) Combine all the spice mix ingredients together in a bowl

3)Rub the slow grown chicken breast in the spice mix until completely covered

4)Serve the chicken in the wraps with the vegetables and mayo
